Firstly, the weight and dimensions of the goods. The roller rack relies on the weight of the goods to slide. The weight of a single palletized item directly determines the carrying capacity of the roller and the structural strength of the rack. At the same time, the length, width, height of the goods, and the flatness of the bottom surface affect the spacing of the rollers and the width of the slide track.

Secondly, the size of the storage unit and the depth direction. It is necessary to provide the standard size of the pallet/box (such as 1200×1000mm), and the depth of the goods that each slide track needs to store, that is, how many storage units of goods need to be continuously arranged along the sliding direction.

Also, the floor plan of the installation site (the storage rack factory can also measure the warehouse on-site). The design plan requires the floor plan of the site and the specifications and weights of the goods. Based on these information, the design plan is made, and only after the design is determined can the accurate price of the entire project be calculated.
