Most types of storage racking are customized according to requirements, and the shuttle rack is no exception. It requires shelves on pallets, so before customization, the precise dimensions of the pallets (length, width, height) and the total weight of the goods attached to a single pallet need to be provided. This is the basis for calculating the load capacity of the storage position and designing the supporting structure. The required efficiency (considering the number of shuttle cars), whether dust-proof and anti-corrosion measures are needed, and whether it is used in a normal temperature warehouse or a cold storage, all these will affect the selection of surface treatment processes.
After understanding these, provide the warehouse floor plan and section drawing clearly, marking the net height of the warehouse, the position and size of the fire sprinkler heads, the position and size of the main columns, doors, and passages in the drawing to the storage shelving manufacturer.
