Gravity heavy-duty shelves are widely used for storing goods in warehouses, cold storage facilities and other places, with dense storage locations and large storage capacity. The essence of its design lies in the ingenious utilization of gravity, the eternal natural law. When the shelves are filled with goods, the goods on each inclined track are in a state of readiness to go, forming a potential energy reserve in the physical sense.

This design breaks through the limitation of traditional beam-type shelves that passively wait for forklifts to access and retrieve, creating an automated flow mode of "first in, first out". When the shelves are full, the pressure generated by the accumulation of newly arrived goods at the receiving end drives the natural sliding of the goods at the front end. The entire process is as smooth and orderly as a row of dominoes.

Gravity heavy-duty shelves can usually reach a height of 8 to 10 meters. The load-bearing capacity of a single pallet position can be designed to be up to 2 tons. Combined with the dense storage feature, the storage capacity per unit area can reach 3 to 5 times that of a flat warehouse. When the shelves are fully loaded, it is equivalent to "folding" the flat warehouse into a three-dimensional structure, significantly reducing the storage cost of each pallet of goods, and the storage capacity is abundant.
